Overseas Colours
My brother is working overseas for the last 2 yrs and he is at the moment in Dubai, the city of luxury shopping, the ultimate destination for shopping by big and small celebrities all over the world, that's what I heard and read at newspapers (I m an avid reader I read alot, online, newspaper, mag, etc).
I used this opportunity to the fullest and requested him to bring me some make up products which I got to know by doing some survey online that they offer great brands and good quality make-up and beauty products at really a great price that one can easily afford especially during their sale period where they slash off upto 90% from their products,I know some inside stuff thanks to my bro(wicked wink)about retailing. So when he returned after 2 yrs completion of his job(another law/rule of Dubai) with 2 most fabulous gift that I asked for, I was overwhelmed.
Since he is my brother and men usually don't understand women stuff and craze for make-up, he is easily forgiven by me for not bringing me more different make-up products. However, what he did brought me I couldn't find anything to complain about. He brought me a Foundation with exact colour that I wanted to try and a make-up kit and both of them is really awesome.
The foundation is also very good and mix well with my skin, I haven't actually found out the foundation which meets my desire until this came my way.the foundation is absolutely bliss and just a little bit of it would do wonders, no need to lap up lots of thick foundation on to skin anymore. It is light in colour and its consistency is also very unique neither pure liquid nor thick creme but in between.

The make-up kit is the complete set with eyeshadows, lip colours, 2 different shades of powder and blushes. All the colours are so fabulous and flattering I don't need any other separate eyeshadow or lip colour, maybe separate applicators but they work well too. The eyeshadows have this shine that when I applied it, it emits a kind of glow to my skin that is why I m totally in awe of it.
Another plus point of this kit is that it has 2 different types of face powder, 1 is simple and a bit darker shade while the other is a little lighter and has lots of shine to it.
I love the packaging also. No more excess product, just the amount required will be out is one push and I can see how much is left to use. I like the transparent container. Well,I think I have enough make-up to last me for good few months(8 months or so) because I use heavy make up only when I m going to some wedding or parties otherwise a Kohl/kajal is what I use on regular basis. But I m truly in love with the products that my bro brought me (I didn't even thank him,I think I should, would give him a return gift).

Not so "Professional O3+" after all
The Professional O3+ Derma face mask is one of the worst product that I have ever came across and mind you there are very few of them(the worst products that I came across), I have heard and read various praise about this brand so I just thought why not try it once myself if it is such a good brand, thus I bought O3+ Derma face mask for around Rs.425 and it was a total wastage of money.
The most absurd thing about the product is its consistency,it was jelly like, transparent and doesn't mix well and the smell, ohmygod, I fainted on smelling the face mask(not literally but nearly). At first I thought that I have bought myself out of date product but that was not the case(as can be seen below).

Then I thought that may be the product got damaged, but how is that possible if it is not out of date nor it is soon to expire, then how can the product get damaged from inside,so I just looked for the review online for the said product and it turn out to be infamous among many buyers and reviewer like me. I will now think 100 times before purchasing any other product from the same brand. It was my 1st product from the O3+ Derma brand and the experience was not at all good.

No more Homeshop18
OK,I m done with www.homeshop18.com. Most of the people all over India have good knowledge about the subject concerned. It is a well known teleshopping as well as is an e-retailer company. They also have mobile app for retailing their products.
As you can see above that earlier homeshop18 team used to provide free delivery on purchases Rs.450 or more but now you can see how much they have charged me, the date is mentioned, this is the screen shot of my purchases so its genuine.
It is so ridiculous, people all over India is already suffering so much, why agonize them more. People like me me all over India is giving them business they should also reduce down their profits a little,it won't hurt them. When I received my 1st purchase and got my loyalty bonus with such condition I was so upset and angry that I had immediately written to them about it but didn't get any satisfactory answer. Now my toleration has touched the limit, when I received my last purchase. It was a beauty product combo which I order after watching their teleshopping advert, on T.V I found the deal awesome, they were giving away 6 products at a price which was quite affordable but they didn't mention any delivery charges on their T.V commercial too. Anyway,I was busy so didn't place my order on call but online.
When I first order my package I was sure their is some mistake, this can't be mine, they gave me small to medium sized product which on T.V commercial of theirs looked like all large sized product, obviously I have been fooled by all those light and close up they use on their commercial to make their products look nice and beautiful and large. The products were no doubt of good quality but this thing is sticking to me since then weighting down on me.I add up all the amount mentioned in each and every product I got which came around Rs.1300 and I have paid Rs.1200 for that.I would have got it cheaper if I bought it from local retail outlet of my area.
what I did next is I requested them to refund my amount and take their product back but the team said that they can't its their policy. What else can I do, so, I simply e-mailed them to delete my account from their website forever. After being loyal to them for so many years I can't continue anymore, I m not going to make any further purchases from www.homeshop18.com and I found out just two days before that http://www.amazon.in is far much cheaper than homeshop18 and the quality of their products are all very good and no delivery charges on orders Rs.499 and above. Their packaging is also very nice. Try ordering products that have PRIME marked on them that thing will give you guaranteed well quality products.
I have been their loyal customer since 2013(ordering online) and before that used to make purchases by watching their teleshopping advertisement. Recently while making purchases I came across this new system of theirs which made me so furious, wrong actually I m infuriated(I was and am still) with them. Everybody, within and outside India, knows well what effect and extreme pain demonetisation has caused to us all. So, to make up the losses, that have incurred due to demonetisation, they(the homeshop18.com) levied delivery charges and that too of unreasonable amount and that's not enough what they did actually is, whether you order in bulk or make a single purchase you have to pay delivery charges on each and every product you buy, that is to say, whether to buy something whose amount is Rs. 100 or Rs.10,000 you have to pay delivery charges. Plus they are offering less discount too.
I purchased 3 products from them and on each one of them they have charged me with Rs.200 each, at first I was confused and thought that maybe if I make bulk order, i.e. buy 2-3 products together would get free delivery or at least I would have to pay min amount. It was after placing my order when I received confirmation e-mail and messages that I got to know I have been charged for delivery on each and every product and that too Rs.200 on each that makes upto Rs.600,what the hell.
The homeshop18 team were also offering Rs.200 loyalty bonus but the twist in this is that only Rs. 100 is redeemable at a time and that too on orders on above Rs.990 and they also have set time limit for it,15 days. So pathetic of them, fleecing innocent people like this. Most of their customer consist of homemaker who usually don't understand this kind of deception. Who is going to make Rs.990 purchases within every 15 days, at least not middle class or common people whose household income depend on day to day earnings or monthly income, people like them suffered the most, standing on long queues to get their own money, for hours.
It is so ridiculous, people all over India is already suffering so much, why agonize them more. People like me me all over India is giving them business they should also reduce down their profits a little,it won't hurt them. Iba Halal Care-Forever
I bought IBA HALAL CARE foot creme which is a new enterprise in the area of skin care and cosmetics and is unique in the way that it offers all its products as halal, that means, not using any animal fat or meat or animal skin in any way possible. Halal literal meaning is "in a lawful way" and is an Arabic word. Muslims all over the world consider their food to be halal and thus this concept of introducing halal beauty and make-up products is really very appreciable and intriguing.
This is the new company with new concept, so I thought of giving it a try and I m not disappointed. The first thing that I purchased of this brand was a foot care creme because my feet are quite sensitive and they have the tendency of getting cracked even during summer season.
I started using it the moment I bought it and I was very surprised by the result, which was instantaneous. I actually thought that it might take me a week minimum to see how it worked on my feet but what I was not expecting was that I would see considerable improvement the very next day. I have to say I m impressed and it smells wonderful. The foot creme is of good quality and has a lovely texture to it and the very best part that I love is that it is not at all sticky, I really love products that are non-sticky, the creme get absorb pretty quickly leaving soft and supple skin.
It is very affordable too,a 50 gm pack cost around Rs.95 which lasted me for about a month and a half and considering that I was using it each and everyday it lasted for quite a long time. It does wonder to my feet, the only glitch that I found out is that as long as I m using it my feets are superb but the day I stop using Iba foot care creme its back to square one, again crack began to be seen on my feet.
But I think I can manage that because I had use foot care products earlier too, of other brands, but the results were not satisfactory and at least not as fast as IBA foot care creme gave me.I would definitely try other products of the same brand and soon, but for now I m happy with what I m using.

Shades Of Purple
I have become fascinated by hair colour. I usually steer clear of hair colours and never had my hair coloured until a few weeks ago. I saw an ad of renowned hair colour brand in India , they launched three(3) new hair colour variant and I loved the shades so much that I wanted to try out anyhow. At first I was little apprehensive as I have never done anything like this before, this is really crazy, colouring your hair and destroying the natural texture of it by the chemical presents in hair colours plus there is lots of rumours I heard of hair fall.
But then I thought one should, at least once in their life, try something that is out of their bound or out of their comfort zone, that's how you learn and grow.
So, without any further delay I bought Garnier hair colour in Burgundy 3.16 and I m so loving the shade that is reflecting on my hair. Its a mixture of violet and purplish pink just like a colour of eggplant(vegetable), I tried applying it on my own and considering that it was the first time I m using any hair colour, I think I did it quite good, a little messy, yes, but satisfactory.
I bought the medium sized pack which cost me around Rs.160, though its original price is Rs.175, I got a discount of Rs. 15 from the retail outlet where I purchase it. The content of the pack is consist of 1 liquid bottle and 1 creme tube along with instructions leaflet and plastic hand gloves which I don't like at all(it doesn't fit well and is the reason of mess). It is mentioned in the leaflet, that first time users should used the full hair colour content and after that use it according to their need. I bought a pair of rubber gloves and believe me it is way more easier to apply colour using rubber gloves than plastic ones that they give inside the pack. Its stimulating trying out new things I m passionate about and doing a review too( which is also my passion).

The Nature's Co. Calling
In my Fabbag last January I received this product of The Nature's co. White Tea night creme sample of 20ml, whose full size 50 ml price is Rs.895. Without wasting any time I will directly come to the point, I don't want to be mean or harsh but it really doesn't worked for me. January is a time in India where it is normally winter season and I have a combination skin which means my skin would become very oily during summer season and extremely dry during winter.
So when I received this The Nature's co. White Tea night creme, I started using it from the very day it landed at my doorstep. At first I thought the night creme is fabulous because it was non-sticky and would dry out quickly, so I was happy with it because generally I steer clear of anything that would stick to my face making it look glossy or rather oily and shining all over. But as soon as I wash my face next morning my skin feel rather much more rough and dry than it was previously.Though it is mention in the container that it is for all skin types, but I m not sure it is.
I feel like my face has stiffen somewhat and no wonder it did, because it has a white Tea extract which is not good for dry skin. White Tea is however beneficial as an anti-ageing ( which I don't need obviously because I m in my 20s) and helps in reducing pigmentation and is recommended by DERMA doctors. It is usually preferred in products that is for oily skin.
I think I have to use this night creme during summer season to see how much my instinct is right. I have kept this night creme aside after using it twice, so maybe I can use it again during summer which is around the corner. Anyway it smells nice.
I won't say that The Nature's co. White Tea night creme is not good, it just didn't suits me,different skin has different requirements but I m sure people with oily skin and pigmentation may find it proficient.
